PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT	NOTE 4—PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT The Company currently does not have any property, plant or equipment. During the year ended June 30, 2015, the Company disposed of all its property and equipment and recognized a loss on disposal of $3,909. Depreciation expense charged to operations for both the nine months ended March 31, 2017 and 2016 was $0.

The entire disclosure for long-lived, physical assets used in the normal conduct of business and not intended for resale. Includes, but is not limited to, accounting policies and methodology, roll forwards, depreciation, depletion and amortization expense, including composite depreciation, accumulated depreciation, depletion and amortization expense, useful lives and method used, income statement disclosures, assets held for sale and public utility disclosures.
