PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT	NOTE 4—PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT The Company currently does not have any property, plant or equipment. During the year ended June 30, 2015, the Company disposed of all its property and equipment and recognized a loss on disposal of $3,909. Depreciation expense charged to operations for the six months ended December 31, 2015 and 2014 was $0 and $2,603, respectively.
