NOTE 1. ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	American Oil and Gas Inc. (the Company) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on January 23, 2012. The Company was formed to engage in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas properties. The Company is in the exploration stage. The Company currently does not operate any properties. The Company has not commenced any exploration activities.
