As of June 15, 2012 it was agreed and accepted by all that Mr. Gagnon would discontinue all work for a specified period of time. As of January 31, 2013, he is scheduled to resume his duties on July 1, 2013. Total compensation paid to Mr. Gagnon was $10,000 for his work during the fiscal year ended January 31, 2013, of which $4,500 was included in research and development expense.
