Related Party Transactions	NOTE 8- RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Contributed Services During the year ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, a Company officer contributed services to the Company in the amount of $200,000 and $232,061, respectively. During the year ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, the officer received 500,000 shares and 500,000 shares, respectively of restricted common stock as compensation for those services.
