On August 19, 2016, Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. and Empire State Realty OP, L.P. (collectively, the “Company”) relocated their corporate headquarters from One Grand Central Place, 60 East 42^nd Street, New York, New York 10165 to 111 West 33^rd Street, New York, New York 10120 (formerly known as 112 West 34^th Street), each an office property owned by the Company.
