Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 24, 2018, CrossAmerica Partners LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that the Board approved a quarterly distribution of $0.5250 per unit attributable to the third quarter of 2018 (annualized $2.10 per unit), consistent with the second quarter of 2018. The distribution attributable to the third quarter is payable on November 13, 2018 to all unitholders of record on November 5, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

CrossAmerica Partners LP Maintains Quarterly Distribution

• Quarterly distribution of $0.5250 per unit attributable to the third quarter of 2018

ALLENTOWN, PA (October 24, 2018) – CrossAmerica Partners LP (NYSE: CAPL) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner has approved a quarterly distribution of $0.5250 per unit attributable to the third quarter of 2018 (annualized $2.10 per unit). The distribution attributable to the third quarter is payable on November 13, 2018 to all unitholders of record on November 5, 2018.

CrossAmerica will host a conference call on November 7^th at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss third quarter earnings results, which will be released after the market closes on Tuesday, November 6.
