On April 14, 2022, NexImmune, Inc. (the “Company” or “NexImmune”) announced the promotion and appointment of Mathias Oelke, Ph.D., as the Company’s Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Oelke has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Preclinical Immunotherapy and Head of Cell Biology since November 2014.
A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the appointment of Dr. Oelke is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
