Related Party Transactions During the six months ended March 31, 2013, the Company incurred $6,000 (March 31, 2012 - $6,000) of management fees to the President and Director of the Company. These amounts have been recorded in due to related party and as at March 31, 2013, the Company owes $19,000 (September 30, 2012 - $13,000) which is unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.
