NET INCOME (LOSS) PER COMMON SHARE

23. NET INCOME (LOSS) PER COMMON SHARE

Basic income (loss) per common share is computed by dividing net income (loss) by the weighted average number of common shares outstanding during the period, without considering any dilutive items. Potentially dilutive securities consist of the incremental common stock issuable upon exercise of preferred stock, stock options, and warrants. Potentially dilutive securities are excluded from the computation if their effect is anti-dilutive. There were no anti-dilutive common shares included in the calculation of income (loss) per common share as of December 31, 2024 and 2023. As of December 31, 2024, there were 8.5 million shares of common stock equivalents that were antidilutive due to the Company’s net loss.
