Issuance of Common Stock	7. Issuance of Common Stock In April 2015, the Company issued 37,500 shares of common stock to a third-party consultant in exchange for services rendered.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income.
