Basis of Presentation	(a) Basis of Presentation These consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. The Company’s fiscal year end is April 30. These consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Long Canyon Gold Resources Corp. (“Long Canyon”). All inter-company transactions and balances have been eliminated.
