Subsequent Events In accordance with ASC 855, Subsequent Events, the Company has evaluated subsequent events to determine events occurring after January 31, 2016 that would have a material impact on the Company’s financial results or require disclosure. The Company has not closed the acquisition of DTC pending the completion of audited financial statements of DTC.
