This report on Form 6-K is being furnished to disclose the press release issued by the Registrant on February 13, 2015. The purpose of the press release, furnished as Exhibit 99.1, was to announce the release of consolidated financial results by its majority-owned subsidiary, Eros International Media Limited, for the third quarter of fiscal 2015.
