Organization, Consolidation, Basis of Presentation, Business Description and Accounting Policies [Text Block]	Note 1 - Organization and Nature of Business Operations Business NV5 Global, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company” or “NV5 Global”) is a provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions to public and private sector clients in the infrastructure, energy, construction, real estate and environmental markets, operating through a network of 83 locations in the United States and internationally in Macau, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. The Company’s clients include the U.S. federal, state and local governments, and the private sector. NV5 Global provides a wide range of services, including, but not limited to, planning, design, consulting, permitting, inspection and field supervision, management oversight, forensic engineering, litigation support, condition assessment and compliance certification.
