Related Party Payable	During the quarter ended September 30, 2014 the new majority stockholder, Smith Electric Vehicles Corp., advanced $3,562 on behalf of the Company to pay current invoices received for services that had been rendered to the Company. The related party payable is unsecured, bears no interest and is repayable on demand.
