Note 3 - Notes Payable, Related Party	NOTE 3 – NOTES PAYABLE, RELATED PARTY A shareholder loaned $20,604 to the Company for business operations. The loan is unsecured, non-interest bearing and due on demand. The balance due to the shareholder was $20,604 as of August 31, 2012 and $604 as of August 31, 2011.
