Note 1 - Organization and Nature of Business	NOTE 1 – ORGANIZATION AND NATURE OF BUSINESS Global Lines Inc. (the "Company" or “Global”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on June 6, 2011. We are a development stage company that is involved in a limousine service. Global Lines Inc. will be actively engaged in providing chauffeuring and transportation services to residents within its local Florida market.
