Private placement, description				The subscription receipts were held in escrow until September 29, 2021 when each subscription receipt will automatically convert into one unit consisting of one share of our common stock and one transferable share purchase warrant, for no additional consideration. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one share of our common stock for a period of three years from the date of issuance thereof at a price of $1.25 per share.			Each Unit is comprised of one share of our common stock, one-half of one Class A common share purchase warrant (each whole Class A common share purchase warrant, a "Class A Warrant") and one-half of one Class B common share purchase warrant (each whole Class B common share purchase warrant, a "Class B Warrant"). Each Class A Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Share (each, a "Warrant Share") at $1.25 per Warrant Share for a period commencing on the date of the closing of the Offering (the "Closing Date")		Each unit consists of one share of our common stock and one transferable share purchase warrant, for no additional consideration. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one share of our common stock until May 11, 2023, at a price of $0.55 per share. In the event that our common stock has a closing price on the TSX Venture Exchange (or such other exchange on which our common stock may be traded at such time) of $1.75 or greater per share for a period of 20 consecutive trading days at any time from the closing date of the private placement																						Each unit consisted of one share of our common stock and one share purchase warrant, with each share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional share of our common stock at a price of $0.50 per share for a period of three years.
