Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Fourth Amended and Restated Omnibus Incentive Plan On August 7, 2025, the Company filed a Registration Statement in accordance with the requirements of Form S-8 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, to register an additional 2,500,000 of its ordinary shares, no par value, that are reserved for issuance under the Capri Holdings Limited Fourth Amended and Restated Omnibus Incentive Plan. This amendment to increase the number of shares available to be awarded under the Plan was approved by the Company’s shareholders on August 7, 2025.
