Non-cash Investing Activities	Non-cash Investing Activities Significant non-cash investing activities during the six months ended September 26, 2015 included $15.5 million of non-cash consideration comprised of liabilities owed to the Company, which were converted into additional equity interest in MK Panama. Significant non-cash investing activities also included the non-cash allocations of the fair values of the net assets acquired in connection with the Company obtaining controlling interest in MK Panama during the second quarter of Fiscal 2016 and in connection with its acquisition of the Greater China business during the first quarter of Fiscal 2017. See Note 3 for additional information. There were no other significant non-cash investing or financing activities during the fiscal periods presented.
