Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On January 1, 2016, the Company acquired direct control of its previously licensed business in South Korea upon the related license expiration. In connection with the acquisition, the Company acquired certain net assets (including inventory and fixed assets) from the Company's former licensee in exchange for cash consideration of approximately $3.6 million. The Company will account for this acquisition as a business combination and will consolidate the South Korean business into its operations beginning with the fourth quarter of Fiscal 2016. The Company is in the process of finalizing the related purchase price allocation and accounting.
