Non-cash Investing Activities	Non-cash Investing Activities Significant non-cash investing activities during the six months ended September 26, 2015 included $15.5 million of non-cash consideration comprised of liabilities owed to the Company, which were converted into additional equity interest in MK Panama. Significant non-cash investing activities also included the non-cash allocation of the fair value of the net assets acquired in connection with the Company obtaining controlling interest in MK Panama. See Note 3 for additional information. There were no other significant non-cash investing or financing activities during the fiscal periods presented.
