Cambria ETF shareholders,

(Betterment clients can ignore the below message, as Betterment votes all proxies for its clients.)

If you owned shares of the Cambria ETFs as of the close of business on May 25, 2018 and you have not yet voted your shares by proxy with respect to the Cambria ETF Trust shareholder meeting being held on June 22, 2018, you are encouraged to vote in accordance with the instructions on the mailed proxy card. A copy of the proxy statement, including a copy of the proxy card and complete voting instructions, is available here (https://www.proxy-direct.com/cam-29973).

To the extent you have not received or misplaced your proxy card, please call toll-free 866-963-6135 to place your vote. All you will have to do is confirm your identity (through basic info like phone number, last name, and zip code).

I just voted my shares by calling this phone number and the entire process only took me two minutes.

As a reminder, the purpose of the campaign is to place me on the board of trustees, in Eric’s vacancy, and to approve the new advisory agreement.

Again, I am not telling you how to vote, but only requesting that you should vote and make your ownership count. Please vote today and help us reach quorum!

Good investing,

Meb
