NATURE OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1—NATURE OF BUSINESS RH, a Delaware corporation, together with its subsidiaries (collectively, “we,” “us,” “our” or the “Company”), is a leading retailer and luxury lifestyle brand operating primarily in the home furnishings market. Our curated and fully integrated assortments are presented consistently across our sales channels, including our retail locations, websites and Sourcebooks. We offer merchandise assortments across a number of categories, including furniture, lighting, textiles, bathware, décor, outdoor and garden, and baby, child and teen furnishings. As of February 1, 2025, we operated a total of 68 RH Galleries and 40 RH Outlet stores, one RH Guesthouse, one RH Interior Design Office and 14 Waterworks Showrooms throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium and Spain. We also have sourcing operations in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
