On August 8, 2019, Corindus Vascular Robotics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
