Explanation of Responses:

1. Yalla Yalla Ltd. ("Yalla Yalla") held shares of GEDi Cube Intl Ltd., a private company formed under the laws of England and Wales ("GEDi Cube") which were exchanged for shares of common stock of the Issuer upon the closing of the Issuer's acquisition of GEDi Cube (the "Acquisition") on February 13, 2024, pursuant to that certain Stock Purchase Agreement, dated September 28, 2023, by and among the Issuer, GEDi Cube, the other sellers party thereto, and Yalla Yalla, in its capacity as the representative of the sellers. The Reporting Person was appointed as a director effective upon the closing of the Acquisition.

2. The Reporting Person, as ultimate beneficial owner of Yalla Yalla, beneficially owns the reported securities indirectly, but disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein.
