RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 9 — RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company paid G-Tech $354,500 and $3,891,500, which included payments for consulting agreements related to HIV, contractual costs related to the HBV License and the Development License (See Note 8), and security expenses, for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2022, respectively.
