Principles of Consolidation	*Principles of Consolidation* The Company prepares its financial statements on the accrual basis of accounting. The accompanying consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its majority owned subsidiary, which has a fiscal year end of September 30. All significant intercompany accounts, balances and transactions have been eliminated upon consolidation. The Company has three international subsidiaries in NuZee KOREA Ltd. ("NuZee KR"), NuZee JAPAN Co., Ltd ("NuZee JP") and NuZee Investment Co., Ltd. ("NuZee INV"). NuZee KR and NuZee INV are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, and NuZee JP is a majority owned subsidiary of the Company.

The entire disclosure for the general note to the financial statements for the reporting entity which may include, descriptions of the basis of presentation, business description, significant accounting policies, consolidations, reclassifications, new pronouncements not yet adopted and changes in accounting principles.
