4. COMMON STOCK	4. COMMON STOCK During the three months ended December 31, 2019, the Company sold 111,738 shares of common stock at a weighted average price of $17.85 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of $1,994,523. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
