GDS Announces Official Listing and Trading of its C-REIT on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from 8 August, 2025

SHANGHAI, China, August 5, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GDS Holdings Limited (“GDS Holdings”, “GDS” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: GDS; HKEX: 9698), a leading developer and operator of high-performance data centers in China, today announced that its previously announced China REIT (“C-REIT”) will be officially listed and start trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from 8 August, 2025, under the fund code 508060.
