Common Stock Dividends

On April 3, 2023, Global Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend of $0.40 per share payable on April 17, 2023 to holders of record of shares of the Company’s Class A common stock at the close of business on April 13, 2023.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Announces Common Stock Dividend for Second Quarter 2023

NEW YORK, April 3, 2023 – Global Net Lease, Inc. (“GNL”) (NYSE: GNL/ GNL PRA / GNL PRB) announced today that it declared quarterly dividends on its outstanding common stock. Specifically, GNL declared a dividend of $0.40 per share of common stock payable on April 17, 2023, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on April 13, 2023.
