The Company had no property and equipment as of March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021:

Depreciation expense was $0 and $22,158 (from discontinued operations) for the three months ended of March 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively, and is classified in general and administrative expenses in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations. See Note 1 for impairment discussion as of December 31, 2021.
