SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE V— SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 6, 2018, we paid a cash dividend of $0.0625 per share to common stockholders of record on June 15, 2018, which had been declared by our Board of Directors on May 14, 2018. On July 16, 2018, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share to common stockholders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2018, payable on October 3, 2018.
