SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE V— SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 3, 2020, we paid a cash dividend of $1.5 million or $0.02 per share to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2020, which had been declared by our Board of Directors on February 10, 2020.
