Stock Awards	6. Stock Awards We adopted the 2019 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Equity Incentive Plan”) during the second quarter of 2019, which authorizes the issuance of common stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, deferred stock units, stock appreciation rights, performance units and other stock-based awards. The Equity Incentive Plan is administered by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, and we have reserved 12.9 million shares of common stock for awards, out of which 11.4 million shares remain available for future stock awards as of September 30, 2019. Share-based compensation expense totaled $22.1 million and $11.7 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and 2018, respectively.
