Commitments and Contingencies Commitments On September 28, 2016, we entered into definitive agreements to acquire an acute care hospital in Washington for a purchase price of $17.5 million. Upon closing, the facility will be leased to RCCH, pursuant to the current master lease. Closing of this transaction, which is expected to be completed in 2018 is subject to customary real estate, regulatory and other closing conditions. Contingencies We are a party to various legal proceedings incidental to our business. In the opinion of management, after consultation with legal counsel, the ultimate liability, if any, with respect to those proceedings is not presently expected to materially affect our financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
