Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent Events St. Joseph’s Transaction On March 1, 2018, we sold the real estate of St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston, Texas, at our original cost to Steward with the purchase price of which is evidenced by a promissory note, with such note secured in the mortgage on the underlying real estate. The mortgage loan has terms consistent with the other mortgage loans in the Steward portfolio. At December 31, 2017, this facility was designated as held for sale.
