Subsequent Events	10. Subsequent Events On October 5, 2017, we entered into definitive agreements to acquire three rehabilitation hospitals in Germany for an aggregate purchase price to us of approximately €80 million. Upon closing, the facilities will be leased to MEDIAN, pursuant to a new long-term master lease. The lease will begin on the day the first property is funded, and the term will be 27 years from the funding date of the third property. The lease provides for increases of the greater of 1% or 70% of the change in German CPI. Closing of the transaction, which is expected to begin during the fourth quarter of 2017, is subject to customary real estate, regulatory and other closing conditions.
