Subsequent Events	10. Subsequent Events On October 30, 2015, we acquired an acute hospital in Camden, South Carolina for an aggregate purchase price of $25.8 million leased to Capella pursuant to the 2015 master lease which has a 15-year term with four 5-year extension options, plus consumer price-indexed increases, limited to a 2% floor and a 4% ceiling annually. In connection with the transaction, we funded an acquisition loan to Capella of $9.2 million.
