Subsequent Events	11. Subsequent Events On August 8, 2013, we entered into an agreement to acquire the real estate of three general acute care hospitals for $283.3 million. The seller / lessee is a well-known operator of multiple acute care facilities, and the transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to close during the third quarter of 2013. On July 18, 2013, we acquired the real estate of Esplanade Rehab Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas for $15.8 million and leased the facility to Ernest under the 2012 master lease.
