Subsequent Events	11. Subsequent Events In October 2012, we agreed to fund the construction of an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Spartanburg, SC that will be operated by Ernest. The estimated cost for the development is $18 million, and the construction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2013.
