FAIRPORT, NY, April 27, 2017 Manning & Napier, Inc. (NYSE: MN), (Manning & Napier or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about August 1, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 14, 2017.
