Retirement Savings Plan	Retirement Savings Plan The Tillys 401(k) Plan (the “401(k) Plan”) is a qualified plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The 401(k) Plan covers all employees that have attained age 21 and completed at least three months of employment tenure. Matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan by the Company are made at the discretion of our Board of Directors. Total employer contributions to the 401(k) Plan totaled $0.7 million, $0.6 million and $0.6 million in fiscal years 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
