Shareholders' Equity

On January 24, 2018, our Board of Director's declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share to all holders of record of issued and outstanding shares of both Class A and Class B common stock as of the close of business on February 9, 2018. Payment of the dividend was made on February 20, 2018.

On January 31, 2017, our Board of Director's declared a special cash dividend of $0.70 per share to all holders of record of issued and outstanding shares of both Class A and Class B common stock as of the close of business on February 15, 2017. Payment of the dividend was made on February 24, 2017.
