COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 3 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Commitments and contingencies arise during the normal course of business. As of September 30, 2015, the Company was not aware of any material commitments and contingencies which would have an adverse impact on the financial statements.
