(1)For purposes of calculating net income per share under the if-converted method, the Company has excluded the impact of the MCPS dividends for the nine months ended September 30, 2023, as the assumed conversion of the MCPS into ordinary shares on a weighted average basis was more dilutive to net income per share than the impact of the MCPS dividends. The Company has included the impact of the MCPS dividends for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, as the impact was more dilutive to net income per share than the impact of assuming the conversion of the MCPS into ordinary shares on a weighted average basis.
