The Company’s operations resulted in a net loss of $1,738,499 and used cash in operations of $1,161,545 for the six months ended June 30, 2013.  As of June 30, 2013, the Company had an unappropriated accumulated deficit of $3,569,463 and a working capital deficiency of $3,578,992.</font></font></div>

The Company hopes to generate profits in the near term. The Company expects to finance its operations primarily through capital contributions from a director. The Company borrowed from related companies and shareholders (the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Xiaohong Yao (“Mr. Yao”) and his spouse) a net amount of $1,424,963 during the first and second quarters of 2013, and the related parties agreed to lend more funds to the Company as needed for management to execute its business plan for at least the next twelve months.</font></font></font></div><font style="display: inline; font-family: times new roman; font-size: 10pt;"><br /></font></div>

The Company’s continuation as a going concern is dependent on its ability to meet its obligations, to obtain additional financing as may be required until such time as it can generate sources of recurring revenues and to ultimately attain profitability.
