Basis of Presentation

The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Lantheus and have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for interim financial information and with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Article 10 of Regulation S-X. Accordingly, these condensed consolidated financial statements do not include all of the information and notes required by generally accepted accounting principles in the United States (“U.S. GAAP”) for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normal and recurring adjustments) considered necessary for a fair statement have been included. The results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023 are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the year ended December 31, 2023 or any future period.

The condensed consolidated balance sheet at December 31, 2022 has been derived from the audited consolidated financial statements at that date but does not include all the information and notes required by U.S. GAAP for complete financial statements. These condensed consolidated financial statements and accompanying notes should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and notes thereto included in Item 8 of the Company’s most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 filed with the Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on February 23, 2023.
