As of June 30, 2025, amounts totaling $3.4 million, $1.8 million and $5.2 million were reclassified to assets held for sale, from raw materials, work in process and finished goods, respectively, as a result of the pending sale of the Company’s single-photon emission computerized tomography (“SPECT”) business. See Note 8, “Assets and Liabilities Held for Sale” for more information.

The majority of the value of the inventory relates to non-radioactive products. With respect to the Company’s products that are radiopharmaceuticals, due to the limited shelf life of such products, they are generally not held as finished goods.
